Our valued customers, we noticed recently complains from customers who use the SMS services that most of the messages they had been sending was not received and this is due to that’s would be most of the time due to the load on the network or due to entering wrong number and those messages will be in the outbox, and we here by advice all our customers to double check the outbox and make sure that all the messages are been sent from out box and you can resend or delete the messages in the outbox as well
